If you meet the region and adult eligibility shown at the intake entry, you can begin before creating an account. After agreeing to information processing, describe your concern and add records. Verify an account to claim the same conversation and files.

After you save your information to an account and send it to the team, we will make first contact within one business day. The timing of a complete doctor-reviewed report is confirmed separately.
